What this site is

An independent information website about the The Title Grass residential project in Nai Yang, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as TITLE.

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256907-89 was filed in July 2026 and is under review (no decision as of the last update), record 16355 of the register of Thailand's Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). The developer has not announced the sales launch, construction or completion dates.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had not published prices, floor plans, the unit count or dates for The Title Grass. The figure of about 300 units comes from agents and is not confirmed by documents. Payment-plan terms, launch discounts and price benchmarks refer to other The Title projects (The Title Olive, The KUARTZ, FIZZ) and are quoted as the developer's practice, not as The Title Grass terms.

Ownership

The Title Grass is recorded in the EIA register as a residential building under the Building Control Act, not as a condominium under the Condominium Act. In practice this usually means leasehold; this site does not promise freehold, and the form of ownership for foreign buyers is to be confirmed and is published here the day the developer announces it.

The developer has not published renders of The Title Grass and there are none on this site. Photographs of the Nai Yang area are Rhom Bho Property material from The Title Olive presentation, cropped and resized for the web; they show the area, not the project.

Distances

The developer has not shown the exact The Title Grass plot, so this site does not quote distances from the project to landmarks. The area description refers to the Sakhu (Nai Yang) subdistrict as a whole.
